3 ripe Haas Avocados
1 clove Garlic, finely minced
¼ White Onion, finely chopped
2 Tablespoons lime juice, freshly squeezed
½-1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
1 Serrano pepper, finely chopped
2 Tablespoons Fresh Cilantro, chopped
1 Small Tomato, seeded and chopped
Smash three ripe Hass avocados with a potato masher or fork until very coarsely mashed.
Add 1 minced garlic clove
Add ¼ white onion, finely chopped
Add 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lime juice.
Season very liberally with about a teaspoon of kosher salt
Add optional ingredients:1 Serrano pepper, finely chopped , 2 Tablespoons Fresh Cilantro, chopped, 1 Small Tomato, seeded and chopped
Stir gently to combine
